Prior to launching my business in January 2020, I spent 10 years working in retail head offices for brands including Hobbs, Monsoon Accessorize, Ralph Lauren and Coach. During that time, I held a range of analytical and operational roles across allocation, retail planning, inventory management and finance. My work focused on forecasting, stock management, financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration, always with a strong emphasis on accuracy, commercial awareness and process efficiency.
I developed a love for the detail: the numbers, the spreadsheets, the systems and the structure that keep businesses running smoothly behind the scenes.
In 2020, I established ARVA to combine that decade of corporate experience with greater flexibility and autonomy.
