Meet The Team

- Annike Finn, Founder

Prior to launching my business in January 2020, I spent 10 years working in retail head offices for brands including Hobbs, Monsoon Accessorize, Ralph Lauren and Coach.  During that time, I held a range of analytical and operational roles across allocation, retail planning, inventory management and finance. My work focused on forecasting, stock management, financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration, always with a strong emphasis on accuracy, commercial awareness and process efficiency.


I developed a love for the detail: the numbers, the spreadsheets, the systems and the structure that keep businesses running smoothly behind the scenes. 


In 2020, I established ARVA to combine that decade of corporate experience with greater flexibility and autonomy. 


Since then, we have partnered with a variety of businesses, applying the same analytical thinking, organisation and process-driven approach to help streamline operations, improve efficiency and create clarity behind the scenes.

Rachel brings over two decades of business ownership experience alongside a dynamic, solutions-driven mindset. She thrives in fast-moving environments and is known for her ability to quickly assess needs and take decisive action.


She has successfully supported clients through full recruitment processes — from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to pre-interviewing and identifying the right cultural and operational fit. Her instinct for people and business alignment makes her a powerful asset during growth phases.

With a natural talent for tele sales and relationship-building, she combines a warm, engaging communication style with strong commercial awareness. She has a knack for seeing the bigger picture, proactively identifying new opportunities and suggesting strategic routes to support long-term growth.


With a background in hospitality and hands-on experience supporting a growing family business, Rachael thrives on building strong relationships and being part of a company’s progression.
